Shipping & Returns
All pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST. SummerBOAT Australia reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion without notice. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and countries.
Orders will be processed/dispatched in 1-2 Business days and delivered* within 4-7 business days.
* Delivery timings are subject to change due to carrier delays.
You must request and return within 7 to 10 days of receiving your item/s. Before sending any return items, please ensure you have submitted a returns request via email (email@example.com), We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order and because SummerBOAT Australia cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.
The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
All items must be received into our returns centre in Adelaide, Australia before the refund can be processed. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty.
SummerBOAT Australia has a no returns policy on SALE/DISCOUNTED items.
You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and will receive a store credit in form of Promotional Code , Which can be used to place a new order online for desired items.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of SummerBOAT Australia will determine, whether or not this is a legitimate fault.
Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item with like to like product. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer.
SummerBOAT Australia monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially may be refused for future purchases at our discretion.
